Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly meet architects, interior designers, consultants, and builders to promote fenestration solutions
- Get company products specified in drawings, BOQs, and project plans
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key specifiers
- Track upcoming projects and ensure early-stage product pitching
- Coordinate with internal sales, design, and execution teams for project closure
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare visit reports and market feedback
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Candidate Profile
- Experience in fenestration, building materials, construction, or related industry preferred
- Strong network with architects and interior consultants in Kolkata
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently in the field
