Job Description
Future Location: 85/8, Behala Tram Depot, Kolkata
Description: “Currently, our office is located at Tollygunge Phari. From next month onwards, the office will be shifted to Behala Tram Depot, Kolkata.”
- Back Office Executive – Security Company ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily security guard attendance records.
- Prepare and update guard duty rosters and deployment schedules.
- Coordinate replacement of absent guards at client sites.
- Maintain guard KYC, joining, training, and employee documents.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and field officers regarding manpower.
- Handle client communication and complaints related to security services.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and weekly-off details for payroll.
- Prepare and maintain client billing, invoices, and payment follow-up records.
- Manage official emails, letters, Excel sheets, billing records, and other office documentation.
