Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Caretaker to stay at and look after ourproperty.

Responsibilities:

  • General cleaning of the premises
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the building and common areas
  • Opening and closing the gate at scheduled times
  • Ensuring the premises remain secure
  • Looking after the overall upkeep of the building
  • Reporting any maintenance, safety, or security issues to the owner
  • Any knowledge or experience in hospitality will be a plus

Accommodation will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Comfortable with a live-in position
  • Able to take care of the property independently
