About us

Goodluck Capital is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst firm (Reg. No. INH300006582) providing stock research and advisory to retail clients over WhatsApp. You will also handle client conversations for our sister firm which advises on Saudi and US stock markets.

The role

We hand you warm leads — people who have already contacted us on WhatsApp, phone or email — plus a list of past subscribers. Your job is to convert them into paying subscribers and keep them renewing.

THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING. Our subscriptions run from ₹8,000 to over ₹80,000 and our clients are educated, careful buyers who research before they commit. You need to hold a real conversation about markets, answer hesitation honestly, and close without pressure.

What you'll do

• Convert incoming WhatsApp, phone and email enquiries into paid subscribers
• Win back lapsed clients — find out why they left, and address that specific reason
• Track renewal cycles and reach out before subscriptions expire
• Run approved offers and discount campaigns
• Maintain a clean lead tracker and share a weekly performance summary

Must have

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1+ year in financial services sales — broking, advisory, mutual funds or insurance (not FMCG or generic telesales)
• Working knowledge of the stock market: enough to explain what an advisory subscription does and doesn't offer
• Fluent English, Hindi and Bengali
• Comfortable working independently from home, on targets
• CRM and Google Sheets/Excel knowledge

Regulatory requirement

This is a client-facing role at a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, which makes you a Person Associated with Research Services. You must clear the NISM-Series-XXV-A: Persons Associated with Research Services (PARS) - A certification within 60 days of joining. We pay the exam fee.

Non-negotiable

We cannot promise, guarantee or imply assured returns — that is SEBI's rule and our own policy. If you sell on return promises rather than research quality and transparency, this role is not for you. This is checked at compliance review regardless of your conversion numbers.

Compensation

• Fixed: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month depending on experience
• Incentive: UNCAPPED , paid monthly on realised revenue, with accelerating slabs
• On-target earnings: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month. Strong performers exceed ₹60,000
• First 3 months: guaranteed minimum ₹22,000/month (fixed + incentive, whichever is higher) while you build your pipeline
• Extra bonuses for long-duration plans, monthly milestones and client retention

Full slab structure shared at interview stage. No cap on earnings — high performers can exceed the stated range.
