About Round Two

Round Two is a workplace tea, coffee and pantry solutions company serving offices, hospitals, colleges, commercial buildings and corporate workplaces across Kolkata. We're looking for a Client Relationship Executive who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, solving problems, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring customers have a great experience after the sale.

Your Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management (Primary Responsibility)

• Own the complete relationship for a portfolio of B2B customers across Kolkata.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular calls, WhatsApp, email and field visits.
• Take repeat orders for tea, coffee, snacks and pantry supplies.
• Follow up for outstanding payments and coordinate collections.
• Coordinate and resolve service requests until they are closed.
• Ensure customers remain satisfied, continue ordering from Round Two and do not switch to competitors.
• Conduct periodic customer visits to strengthen relationships, understand requirements and identify new opportunities.

2. New Customer Onboarding

• Ensure every new customer has a smooth experience after the sales team closes a deal.
• Welcome and onboard new customers after installation.
• Explain the ordering process, refill process and service process.
• Ensure all customer details, contacts and billing information are correctly recorded.
• Stay closely connected with new customers during the first few weeks to ensure a smooth transition.

3. Service & Order Coordination

• Act as the bridge between customers and the operations team.
• Coordinate installations, servicing, refills and delivery requests.
• Track every service request until completion.
• Keep customers informed about timelines and updates.

4. Payment & Account Coordination

• Own customer payment follow-ups and account hygiene.
• Share invoices and payment reminders.
• Maintain the outstanding payment tracker & ledger
• Coordinate with the accounts team to update payment status and resolve billing queries.

5. Customer Growth & Retention

• Grow business from existing customers.
• Follow up for repeat orders and low-order customers.
• Upsell pantry products, coffee beans, paper cups and other workplace consumables.
• Identify opportunities for additional machines or services within existing customer accounts.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer records and daily trackers.
• Update Excel/Google Sheet trackers and CRM records.
• Record customer interactions, follow-ups and pending actions.
• Share daily updates on orders, payments, service requests and customer visits.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer/client relationship or coordination roles.
• Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using email and WhatsApp for professional communication.
• Willing to travel within Kolkata for customer visits whenever required.

Compensation & Benefits (based on experience and interview performance)

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,000/month.
• Mobile Allowance: Up to ₹300/month.
• Puja Bonus: Up to ₹12000/year.
• Paid Leave & Holidays as per company policy.
