Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requests, and concerns.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable products, services, or solutions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and coordinate with internal teams when required.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to understand their satisfaction and changing requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, proposals, and business updates as required.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Handle client feedback professionally and implement improvements where appropriate.
