Job Description
Customer Care Executive – Outbound Calling (Work From Home)We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle outbound calls, communicate with customers, follow up on enquiries, and provide information about our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and customer enquiries.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain basic call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Bengali/Hindi/English.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
