DWC Technologies is looking for an experienced On-Call Supervisor who can take ownership of service delivery and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Position:- On-Call Supervisor – Customer Service & Service Delivery
Location: Kolkata
WHO CAN APPLY?
✔️ Candidates with relevant experience in Customer Service / Service Delivery / Contact Centre operations
✔️ Strong knowledge of numbers, MIS & performance metrics
✔️ Good working knowledge of MS Excel
✔️ Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX)
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to monitor team performance and drive service quality
✔️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔️ Ability to handle escalations and operational challenges
