Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with customers professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Manage in-house sales and assist customers with product/service information.
  • Maintain customer records, files, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales and management team.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
  • Provide good customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
