Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team. The role involves communicating with customers over the phone, conducting surveys, handling customer queries, and accurately recording information in our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to UK customers in a professional manner.
• Follow the provided calling script and company guidelines.
• Conduct customer surveys and collect accurate information.
• Communicate clearly, politely, and confidently with customers.
• Enter customer details correctly into the CRM/system.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follow all company compliance, data protection, and quality guidelines.
• Attend regular training and implement feedback from the Quality and Training teams.
• Maintain good attendance, punctuality, and workplace discipline.

Requirements:

• Good English communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking with UK customers.
• Basic computer and typing knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• BPO/Call Centre experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
