Graphic and Web Designer

Job Description

• Create creative and engaging designs for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, catalogues, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop graphics, layouts, and visual concepts based on business and marketing requirements.
• Design promotional materials for products, campaigns, events, and company activities.
• Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual content as required.
• Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and other departments to understand design requirements.
• Create designs suitable for both digital platforms and print media.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, images, and other creative assets.

Desired candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Graphic Designing as a fulltime employee.
• Graduate with good communication skill.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of Canva and other design tools will be an advantage.
• Good creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
