HR Executive

Fiama Techno are looking for a skilled HR Executive to support our human resources department. You will manage day-to-day operations, handle the employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, including writing job posts, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and leading employee induction.
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, resolve workplace conflicts, and manage grievances.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory requirements (like PF and ESIC), and update internal company policies.
• Payroll & Records: Coordinate payroll inputs, track attendance/leaves, and maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRMS database.
• Performance & Training: Support performance appraisal cycles and coordinate employee training or engagement programs.
• Exit Management: Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and manage full and final settlements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration,  Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven work experience as an HR Executive or in a similar administrative role.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of general HR practices, recruitment processes, and local labor legislation.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/HRMS), and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong conflict resolution abilities.
