Job Description

  1. Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, selection, offer management, candidate negotiation, onboarding, and induction.
  2. Drive employee lifecycle management by enhancing onboarding experiences, implementing HR policies, and supporting key people processes and initiatives.
  3. Manage performance and engagement programs, including execution of the PMS cycle, employee engagement surveys, and implementation of improvement action plans.
  4. Oversee HR operations and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective utilization of HR systems and continuous improvement of HR processes to support business objectives.
