Network Administration• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity.

• Manage switches, routers, and network devices.

• Diagnose network connectivity issues and internet outages.

• Configure static IPs, DNS, gateways, and subnet settings.

• Perform network cable testing and patching.

Domain & DNS Management• Configure domain records and DNS settings.

• Manage IP addresses and network configurations.

• Handle domain redirections and SSL certificate setup.

• Troubleshoot email and DNS-related issues.

Server Administration• Configure and maintain Linux servers (CentOS preferred).

• Perform server monitoring and health checks.

• Install and maintain system services.

• Manage users, permissions, and access control.

• Perform backups and restore procedures.

Firewall & Security• Configure firewall rules and security policies.

• Manage server access and network security.

• 

Troubleshoot connectivity and blocked services.

• Monitor unauthorized access attempts.

VoIP Administration• Configure and maintain VoIP systems.

• Troubleshoot SIP trunk and call routing issues.

• Manage PBX systems and extensions.

• Perform CLI-based troubleshooting on VoIP servers.

• Monitor call quality and resolve voice-related problems.

Audio Hardware Support• Configure headsets and audio devices.

• Troubleshoot microphone and speaker issues.

• Ensure proper operation of call center equipment.

• Provide support for conferencing and communication devices.

System Monitoring & Maintenance• Monitor servers and network performance.

• Perform software updates and patch management.

• Document configurations and maintain technical records.

• Provide end-user technical support and issue resolution.
