Office Assistant Cum Marketing Assistant

Kubo Architecture Coaching is looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic candidate to manage marketing activities, office administration, and teaching responsibilities. The candidate will assist in promoting the institute, managing daily office operations, and teaching Drawing or English to students as per their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotion

• Promote Kubo Architecture Coaching through social media and other marketing channels.
• Create and manage promotional posts, advertisements, and basic marketing content.
• Handle student enquiries, follow-up calls, and admission-related communication.
• Assist in generating leads and increasing student enrolments.
• Support promotional campaigns, workshops, seminars, and student outreach activities.

2. Office Administration

• Manage daily office operations, documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and student enquiries.
• Maintain student records, attendance, admission details, and fee records.
• Coordinate class schedules, appointments, and other administrative activities.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the coaching institute.

3. Teaching & Student Support

• Teach basic Drawing, Sketching, or English to students, depending on the candidate’s expertise.
• Assist students in improving their drawing skills, creativity, and communication abilities.
• Prepare basic teaching materials, exercises, and practice assignments.
• Support students with regular practice and monitor their progress.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and encouraging learning environment.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
• Drawing skills or proficiency in English, with the ability to teach students.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
