Job Description
QC & Back Office Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to handle Purchase Order coordination, Supplier Follow-up, Quality Control and Back Office activities for an overseas buyer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place and follow up on Purchase Orders with Indian suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers throughout production until shipment.
- Visit factories regularly to monitor production and check product quality.
- Identify quality issues and ensure necessary corrections are made.
- Prepare QC reports and provide regular updates to the overseas buyer.
- Coordinate new sample development and evaluate samples as per buyer requirements.
- Maintain and update order, sample, QC and shipment data in the company system.
- Coordinate between overseas buyers and Indian suppliers to ensure smooth execution of orders.
