🚨 URGENT HIRING | QUALITY ANALYST – INTERNATIONAL BPO
Are you an experienced Quality Analyst with expertise in Call Auditing, Quality Monitoring, Evaluation, and Compliance? Join our growing International BPO team!
📍 Position: Quality Analyst
📌Location: New Town, Kolkata
💼Experience: 3–5 Years
💰Salary: ₹25k–₹35k In-Hand
🌙Shift: US Night Shift | 7:30 PM–5:00 AM
📅Working Days: Monday–Friday | Weekends Off
✅ Required Candidate Profile:-
🔹 Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Call Quality Analyst in an International BPO
🔹 Strong experience in Call Auditing, Quality Monitoring & Evaluation
🔹 Good knowledge of Quality Parameters and Compliance Standards
🔹 Ability to identify performance gaps and provide effective feedback
🔹 Excellent English communication skills
🔹 Strong analytical and reporting skills
🔹 Immediate Joiners Preferred
