Job SummaryWe are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage daily service and installation activities, coordinate with field technicians, and ensure that customer complaints and service requests are completed on time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily service and installation activities.
• Assign service calls and work to field technicians/engineers.
• Track service requests and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with customers regarding appointments and service schedules.
• Follow up with field staff regarding job status and completion.
• Maintain service records, reports, and documentation.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution.
• Monitor technician productivity and service performance.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams.
• Escalate technical or operational issues to the concerned team.
• Prepare daily and weekly service reports.
• Ensure proper communication between customers, technicians, and management.
• Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Security Alarm, and Access Control Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
• Ability to coordinate with field teams and customers.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• QualificationGraduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
• Diploma/ITI in Electronics or Electrical will be an advantage.
• Experience1–3 years of experience in service coordination, technical support, field operations, or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication and technical knowledge may also be considered.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in CCTV, fire alarm, security systems, field service coordination, or technical support will be preferred.
