Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our team. Candidates should possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, the ability to engage with potential customers, generate leads, promote products or services, conduct regular follow-ups, convert leads into sales, and achieve business targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services across different business portfolios.
• Generate leads, handle incoming enquiries, and convert prospective customers into sales or business opportunities.
• Use persuasive communication to engage customers, address their queries, and influence their decision-making.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
• Communicate with vehicle owners and drivers to promote joining opportunities on app-based cab platforms, as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate records of daily calls, customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Bangla, and English.
• Strong convincing attitude.
• Confident and professional in phone communication.
• Dynamic, innovative, and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of data handling and record maintenance.
