Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-


  • Lead Generation: Make cold and warm calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services.
  • Sales Pitch: Explain product features, highlight special offers, and persuade customers to buy.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Relations: Build rapport with existing clients and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer doubts, answer questions, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Record Keeping: Update customer interactions and contact data in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
