SAHA ALANKAR – Hiring:Female Accounts & Inventory Executive ZohoBooks/ ZohoPos


📍 Location: Behala, Kolkata | Full-time, Work from Office


Responsibilities:

  • Manage jewellery product entry and stock records in Zoho Inventory.
  • Handle stock transfers, stock verification and discrepancy reporting across showrooms.
  • Maintain purchase bills, accounting entries, expenses and vendor payments.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation, GST documentation and periodic reports.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and organised records.

Requirements:

  • B.Com preferred; freshers can apply.
  • Knowledge of Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Tally and Excel preferred.
  • Good computer skills, accuracy, honesty and attention to detail.
  • Local candidates from Behala and nearby areas preferred.

Salary: Based on skills and experience.
