Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and finance operations.
• Experience in GST return filing, TDS compliance, bookkeeping, and audit support.
• Prior experience in wholesale/retail business accounting will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Tally and accounting software applications.
• Working knowledge of GST invoicing, GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and TDS compliance.
• Experience in bank reconciliations, billing, accounting entries, and financial record management.
• Ability to learn and effectively operate customized business/accounting software.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and compliance timelines.
