Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors/financial consultants.
- Build and maintain a strong advisor/partner network.
- Generate business through advisors and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
- Train, coach and motivate advisors on products, sales processes and customer handling.
- Activate new advisors and improve advisor productivity.
- Conduct field visits and joint calls with advisors.
- Generate leads and support advisors in converting prospects into customers.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance and quality business.
- Track daily/weekly performance and prepare business reports.
- Focus on persistency, renewal business and overall profitability.
- Develop relationships with existing advisors and identify opportunities for expansion.
