Job Description

📢 WE ARE HIRING – BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our Travel & Tourism team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handling visa application preparation & submission

• Coordinating visa documentation and follow-ups

• Maintaining records and updating booking/visa status

• Coordinating with suppliers, visa centres and internal teams

• Providing general back-office support for travel operations


Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in Visa & Travel Booking Operations preferred

• Good knowledge of MS Office / basic computer applications

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within deadlines
