Job Description
Data Entry and maintaining office records
Preparing and updating Excel sheets and reports
Handling computer-based office work and documentation
Maintaining student/customer databases and records
Managing emails, online forms, and official correspondence
Preparing documents, letters, notices, and other office materials
Scanning, printing, photocopying, and file management
Updating admission/course-related information in software or portals
Maintaining daily reports and attendance records
Coordinating with counsellors, students, and other office staff
Handling basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Supporting day-to-day administrative and back-office operations
Ensuring proper filing and safe maintenance of important documents
Performing other computer and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
