Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the baker and cake decorator with daily preparation and production work.
  • Help with ingredient preparation, measuring, arranging, and storing materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Clean baking tools, trays, surfaces, and kitchen areas regularly.
  • Follow proper food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation practices at all times.
  • Assist with packing orders and organising ingredients and supplies.
  • Keep the bakery neat, organised, and ready for daily operations.

Requirements: A positive attitude, willingness to learn, punctuality, and a strong sense of cleanliness and responsibility. Previous bakery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
