Job Location: Across Kolkata (Candidates will be placed at a nearby HDFC Bank branch based on their home location)

Job Summary:

HDFC Bank is hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals for the role of Business Development Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, etc.
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch
• Coordinate with the branch team and report daily activities to the manager
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Fresher or candidates with 6 months–2 years in sales/marketing will be preferred
• Age Limit: 18 – 32 years
• Others: Must be comfortable with field sales and meeting customers
