Job Description
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC) for credit card applications.
Ensure accurate application submission and follow up on pending applications.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until application approval.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Graduate mandatory.
Relevant credit card sales experience preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills.
Target-oriented mindset.
Important: First 7 months will involve self-sourcing of customers.
