Job Description
Prochesta Aya Centre is looking for a responsible and well-organised Evening Client & Maid Coordination Executive.
Duty Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client calls and new service enquiries.
- Coordinate with clients, maids, ayahs and caregivers regarding duty assignments.
- Confirm next-day duties with clients and employees.
- Manage urgent replacement requests and service-related issues.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and new client bookings.
- Maintain daily duty records, employee details and client information in Excel.
- Update pending tasks and provide proper shift handover to management.
- Report complaints, urgent requirements and unresolved issues to the Operations Manager.
Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass, Bengali communication skills, basic Hindi, computer knowledge and good telephone etiquette. Previous experience in office coordination or customer service will be preferred.
Monthly Salary : ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 14,000 per month (Fixed only)
Working Days: 6 days per week, with 1 weekly off
Location: Prochesta Aya Centre, Chowbaga, Anandapur, Kolkata – 700105.
