Job Description
Job Role and Responsibilities:- 1) Checking on guests to establish satisfaction with the product and service, and providing management with feedback. 2) Promotion and up-sales of products to meet monthly targets and projections. 3) Stock Management and timely requisition of materials for smooth functioning. Eligibility criteria:- 1) Fluency in Bengali, Hindi and English with excellent verbal communication skills. 2) Minimum 1 year of experience in any Hotel/ Café/ Restaurant. 3) Well-groomed, professional appearance required. 4) Ability to convince customer with products and build customer relationship.
