Customer Care Executive

We are looking for dedicated, responsible, and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate should be serious about their career, comfortable working in night and rotational shifts, and capable of handling customers professionally and efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through calls and chat support in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions as per company policies.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly in spoken and written English.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
• Handle challenging customer situations calmly and effectively.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proper issue resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate information while handling customer interactions.
• Work effectively in a 24×7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts when required.
• Requirements:Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and committed towards assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
