Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, and payments.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update relevant information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with leads and support customer retention.
- Achieve assigned customer service and relationship targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Previous experience in customer relationship, customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
