Araona Ventures is looking for a Site Visit & Field Coordinator to support our Real Estate and Interior Design operations.

Freshers are absolutely welcome. We will provide the necessary training and practical guidance to help you understand real estate site visits, interior projects, client coordination and field operations.

⭐ Important: This is NOT a Sales Target JobThere is no monthly sales target for this position.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and assist with site visits, understand client requirements, coordinate with our internal team and ensure smooth field operations.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesVisit residential and commercial properties along with clients or team members.
• Coordinate and assist in real estate property site visits.
• Visit interior project sites and coordinate with the project team.
• Understand basic client requirements and communicate them to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with clients regarding visit schedules and appointments.
• Take basic site measurements, photographs and project updates whenever required.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams for routine requirements.
• Maintain proper updates of site visits and client interactions in the company's CRM/system.
• Follow up on scheduled visits and ensure timely coordination.
• Report site observations and updates to the management/team.
• Assist the team in day-to-day field operations related to real estate and interior projects.

You do not need prior experience in real estate or interior design. We will provide training.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Willing to learn and build a career in the industry.
• Comfortable travelling to different project/property locations in Kolkata.
• Good at communication and coordination.
• Responsible, punctual and presentable.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients, contractors and team members.
• Interested in Real Estate, Interior Design, Construction or Property Management.

💰 Salary & Performance IncentiveFixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month

In addition, the company has a Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) of ₹3,000 per month, subject to satisfactory performance and completion of 12 continuous months of service.

The total PLI opportunity for one completed year is:

₹3,000 × 12 months = ₹36,000

Important: The ₹36,000 is a separate performance-linked incentive and is NOT part of the monthly salary. It is payable at the end of the 12-month period, subject to company performance assessment and applicable terms.
