Customer Support Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle telecalling, field sales, customer relationships, and payment collection. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, promoting company services, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Customer Support

• Contact prospective and existing clients to promote company services, explain offerings, and address basic queries.
• Follow up with leads and customers to generate business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Record call details, customer interactions, and follow-up status in the CRM or designated system.

2. Field Sales & Business Development

• Visit prospective and existing clients to promote services, understand their requirements, and generate sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate client onboarding and service delivery.

3. Payment Collection

• Follow up with clients for pending and overdue payments through calls, messages, emails, and field visits.
• Confirm payment commitments, maintain collection records, and coordinate with the accounts team to verify receipts.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit regular reports on sales activities, field visits, lead conversions, and payment collections.
• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with the sales, operations, and accounts teams as required.
