Job Description
Position: Customer Support AssociateLocation: Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
- Eligibility Criteria:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
- Graduates are preferred; undergraduates may also apply.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Salary Details:Freshers:
- Monthly CTC: ₹16,000
- Approximate In-hand Salary: ₹11,240
Experienced Candidates (Minimum 1 Year Experience):
- Monthly CTC: ₹18,000
- Approximate In-hand Salary: ₹13,163
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: ₹3,192
- Work Schedule:6 working days per week
- 1 rotational weekly off
- Total shift duration: 9 hours
- 8 hours working
- 1 hour break
