Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Kolkata
CTC: ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 day weekly off
Shift: Day shift, round the year
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and payments.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and within timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and other internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Follow up with customers and ensure proper resolution.
- Provide information about MyPustak products, offers, and services.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in English ,Hindi , Bengla
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and customer support tools.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers can apply; customer support experience is preferred.
Preferred: Candidates with e-commerce/customer support experience.
