1. Unit Manager / Development Manager (Agency Channel)

Primary Objective: Build, manage, and scale a network of independent Life Insurance Advisors/Agents to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit high-quality insurance advisors and financial planners.

Train advisors on product knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques.

Accompany advisors on client visits to assist with sales closure and lead generation.

Monitor performance and ensure adherence to quality metrics and compliance guidelines.

2. Relationship Manager / Financial Services Consultant (Bancassurance Channel)

Primary Objective: Partner with ICICI Bank branches (and allied partner banks) to cross-sell life insurance to existing bank customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with bank staff to generate leads from walk-in and account-holder client bases.

Conduct financial planning sessions to recommend products like ULIPs, term insurance, and retirement plans.

Drive sales conversion, handle client queries, and manage end-to-end policy processing.

Maintain long-term relations with bank clients to secure repeat business and referrals.

3. Direct Sales Executive / Graduate Trainee

Primary Objective: Generate individual sales directly through company-provided leads, personal networks, and cold calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect prospective clients via cold-calling, field visits, and online leads provided by the company.

Identify customer needs and pitch tailored protection and investment products.

Assist customers with application procedures and document submissions.
