Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our designer jewellery brand. This role requires close coordination across multiple teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the brand’s tone, values, and customer experience.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
* Understanding of B2B business operations and client coordination.
* Ability to understand and represent the brand’s language and identity across all touchpoints.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with design, production, sales, and marketing teams.
* Inventory management, keeping track of sales, and website management
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
