Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics teams, transporters, and drivers.
  • Prepare dispatch invoices, delivery challans, and other related documents.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure accurate order dispatch.
  • Track shipments and maintain dispatch records.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and shipment status.
  • Ensure proper documentation for every dispatch.
  • Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch reports and update records regularly.
