Field Sales Executive – Blue Water

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to grow our Blue Water business in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:

• Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, shops and other commercial customers.
• Generate new customers and regular orders for 20L water jars.
• Find and develop new distributors in assigned areas.
• Explain our distributor jar-deposit and supply system.
• Follow up with distributor and customer leads and convert them into paid orders.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders.
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Visit assigned areas daily and maintain proper sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
• Submit a daily report of visits, leads, orders, collections and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• 12th pass or above.
• Freshers can apply; field-sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with daily field visits in Kolkata.
• Must be target-oriented and willing to work independently.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000/month + performance incentives
