Executive Chef

We are looking for an all-rounder Executive Chef to manage and supervise the kitchen operations..

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the complete kitchen team and daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, portion and presentation.
• Be hands-on and cover different sections/cuisines like Indian and Continental whenever required.
• Prepare and maintain recipes, preparation methods and kitchen SOPs.
• Train, guide and manage kitchen staff.
• Manage daily preparation, mise en place and service.
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, FIFO and proper food storage.
• Control food cost, portion sizes and wastage.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Coordinate with management and service team for smooth operations.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.
• Help develop new dishes and improve existing recipes.

Requirements: Previous experience as an Executive/Head/Sous Chef, strong knowledge of multiple cuisines, good leadership skills and a hands-on approach to kitchen operations.
