Job Description
Business Development: Identify potential international buyers, importers, wholesalers, and distributors through market research and online platforms.
Lead Generation: Generate new business inquiries through LinkedIn, B2B portals, email outreach, and networking.
Buyer Communication: Coordinate with overseas buyers regarding inquiries, quotations, samples, orders, and follow-ups.
Export Operations: Manage export orders from confirmation to shipment, ensuring timely execution.
Documentation: Prepare and coordinate export documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.
Production Coordination: Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and embroidery units to ensure timely production and quality standards.
Logistics Management: Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping companies.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing product catalogues, quotations, pricing proposals, and buyer presentations.
Reporting: Maintain buyer databases, sales pipelines, order trackers, and shipment reports.
