Fast Food Cook

We are a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) looking for an energetic, reliable Cook / Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team. If you have hands-on experience working in high-volume fast food joints, prepping fresh ingredients, managing orders quickly, and maintaining solid hygiene standards, we would love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily food preparation (chopping vegetables, batch sauces, batter prep, and assembling ingredients).
• Cook, fry, steam, and assemble menu items accurately according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
• Manage online delivery (Swiggy / Zomato) and takeaway orders quickly to maintain low ticket times.
• Ensure the kitchen, prep tables, deep fryers, and storage stations remain clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Monitor inventory, report ingredient shortages, and label/store items properly under standard food safety practices.
• Assist team members during rush hours with basic station setups and closing routines.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as a Cook or Kitchen Helper in a fast food joint, cloud kitchen, or QSR.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment (fryers, induction/gas burners, steamers, prep tables).
• Ability to work cleanly and quickly under high-pressure rush hours.
• Punctual, dependable, and a solid team player.
• Basic understanding of hygiene standards, FIFO (First In, First Out), and kitchen safety.
