Field Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and highly motivated professional to manage school outreach and fundraising activities across Kolkata and Eastern India. The role involves building relationships with schools, scheduling and conducting school visits, delivering engaging talks during school assemblies, presenting the organisation's work and fundraising initiatives, and developing schools as long-term fundraising partners.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive travel, public speaking, meeting school authorities, fixing appointments, and independently managing the complete school outreach and fundraising cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with schools across Kolkata and Eastern India for fundraising partnerships.
• Research and identify prospective schools and relevant decision-makers.
• Make calls, send communications, and fix appointments with school principals, trustees, management, teachers, and coordinators.
• Travel extensively to different schools for meetings, presentations, and fundraising activities.
• Conduct school assembly talks and awareness sessions for students.
• Present the organisation's mission, programmes, impact, and fundraising initiatives in an engaging manner.
• Coordinate with school management to organise fundraising campaigns, events, drives, and student engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with schools and key stakeholders.
• Follow up regularly with schools to convert meetings and discussions into successful fundraising partnerships.
• Achieve assigned school outreach, appointment, partnership, and fundraising targets.
• Maintain accurate records of school visits, contacts, appointments, discussions, commitments, and fundraising outcomes.
• Coordinate internally with programme, communications, and fundraising teams to ensure smooth execution of school campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on school outreach, fundraising progress, travel, and achievements.
• Represent the organisation professionally at all school meetings and events.
• Travel to other cities and states in Eastern India as required.
