Job Description
🚨 WE ARE HIRING – FIELD RECRUITER 🚨
💼 Position: Field Recruiter / On-Ground Sourcing Executive
📍 Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Per Month
🎁 Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Based on Performance
⛽ Travel Allowance: Up to ₹3,000
🏍️ Own Bike: Mandatory
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Visit assigned locations to source potential home service workers
• Distribute promotional materials and approach candidates directly
• Explain job roles, payout structures, working conditions and benefits
• Generate leads and maintain candidate databases
• Enter candidate details into the company app/system
• Guide candidates through interviews, training and onboarding
• Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets
📋 REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 12th Pass
• Bengali and Hindi language skills required
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good local networking and candidate-handling abilities
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Experience in field sales, recruitment or on-ground sourcing is an advantage
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory
