Field Sales Executive

As a Field Marketing Executive at AstorBridge Institute, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary goal is to conduct door-to-door outreach to educate potential students and parents about our professional courses in Visual Designing, Promotional Design, Brand Digital Marketing, UI/UX, Advertisement Filmmaking, Animation and Motion Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Outreach: Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories within and around Kolkata.
• Lead Generation: Provide brief, engaging information about our courses and scholarship programs to potential candidates.
• Reporting: Maintain a daily log of visits and share potential lead contact details with the admissions team.
• Brand Awareness: Actively promote the academy’s reputation as a premier creative training center.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in field marketing or door-to-door sales (preferred).
• Freshers: Highly motivated freshers with exceptional communication skills and a confident personality are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and the ability to explain creative courses clearly.
• Mobility: Must be comfortable travelling up to 20 km outside of Kolkata city limits.
• Target: As a core sales team member, you should have the potential to achieve your day-to-day target.

• Salary: Fixed Basic Salary (Negotiable based on Experience) + High Incentive on every successful admission + Monthly Performance Bonus.
