Job Description

  • Visit potential and existing customers regularly to generate sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present and explain products/services to prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
