The company is hiring a Financial Advisor / Senior Relationship Manager to acquire and manage HNI, UHNI, and active trading clients, drive revenue through stock broking and wealth products, and build long-term client relationships.

• 🤝 Acquire and onboard HNI, UHNI, and active trading clients.
• 📈 Build a strong personal client book through references, networking, and market outreach.
• 💰 Drive broking revenue, margin funding, and trading activity.
• 📊 Identify opportunities for Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, and Bonds.
• 💼 Increase client wallet share and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• 🤝 Act as a trusted advisor and provide consistent client engagement.
• 📞 Maintain regular client interaction through meetings, calls, and market updates.
• 📈 Coordinate with research and dealing teams for smooth trade execution.
• 📊 Track market movements and engage clients with actionable market insights.
• 💡 Convert market opportunities into revenue-generating investment ideas.
• 🎯 Focus on monthly revenue generation and long-term client-base growth.
• 📈 Build and manage your own client P&L.
• 🏢 Participate in seminars, investor meets, and business development initiatives.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• 👨‍💼 3–8 years of experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial services.
• 📈 Strong interest and understanding of trading and financial markets.
• 🤝 Strong client acquisition and relationship-building abilities.
• 💼 Existing client base is preferred but not mandatory.
• 🧠 High ownership mindset with a strong focus on business and revenue growth.
• 💬 Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000/month as per skill and experience
• 🎯 Incentive: ₹90,000+ as per performance
