Job Description

  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning tables, chairs, windows, etc.

  • ☕ Tea/coffee & water: Serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff/visitors.
  • 🗂️ Office support: Photocopying, scanning, filing and arranging documents.
  • 📦 Handling items: Receiving, carrying and arranging office supplies and materials.
  • 📨 Courier work: Sending/collecting letters, parcels and documents.
  • 🛒 Outside errands: Going to the bank, post office, market or nearby shops when required.
  • 🍽️ Pantry work: Maintaining the pantry and washing cups, glasses and basic utensils.
  • 🗑️ Cleanliness: Emptying dustbins and keeping the office/common areas neat.
