Job Description

KAAJ is an on-demand househelp service in South Kolkata. We need a Trainer cum HR Executive to train our helpers and handle daily HR work.

Training work:

  • Give joining training to new helpers
  • Train staff on cleaning methods, hygiene, safety, punctuality, and customer behaviour
  • Retrain staff when there are customer complaints
  • Test helpers before sending them for work
  • Make simple training checklists and demos in Bengali and Hindi

HR work:

  • Find, call, and interview helper candidates
  • Collect documents and complete ID and background verification
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and staff records
  • Solve staff problems and handle discipline issues
  • Help reduce staff leaving the job

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in training, HR, or field operations
  • Experience with housekeeping, facility management, hotel, or blue-collar staff is preferred
  • Must speak Bengali and Hindi fluently
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp
  • Must be able to travel to South Kolkata daily

Salary: up to ₹25,000 per month

Timing: 10 AM to 8 PM, 6 days a week. Weekly off will be on a weekday. Saturday and Sunday are working days.
